Our Unique Remodeling Process

It all begins with a conversation, and it ends when you love the completed project. At Xquisite Installations, Inc, we stand behind our work with quick responsiveness, quality work, great communication, attention to detail and accessibility of our team.

Initial Conversation and Free Consultation

At the initial consultation, we gain insight into the nature and scope of the project by discussing factors such as design motifs, themes, materials to be used, timeline and the general budgetary parameters. Many companies charge you for an initial consultation. At Xquisite Installations, we see this as the beginning of our relationship. Whether you know what you want or you’re still thinking it through, our Project Managers will meet with you in your home and talk you through the process.

Pricing and Planning

After our free consultation, we’ll meet with you to finalize the labor proposal and the scope of the project. We’re known for standing by our estimates and communicating with you immediately if you make a decision that changes the estimate in any way. When working with Xquisite Installations, you’ll never be surprised by any hidden fees.

Pre-Production Stage

During this phase all selected components come together with floor plans, wall elevations and a 3-dimensional image to assist the client in visualizing the actual space. Revisions are prepared if necessary. Full-color artist renderings and product samples are presented.

Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll order the materials. Before we begin construction, we’ll assign a Project Manager to your renovation project and perform a job-site-walk-through. While you are working on the design and material selections, our experienced team will work behind the scenes securing project approvals and permits.

Production

Once the project is accepted and approved and the materials arrive,we can begin construction. The product delivery is scheduled and we coordinate with our in-house design consultants, project managers and licensed installers to execute the renovation and installation. If you need to work or be at home during construction, we’ll do everything possible to minimize the disruption to your life (or let you know long in advance if the project requires that you vacate the premises during part or all of construction).

Payment Processing

Xquisite Installations, Inc is proud to present an online payment option for quick convenient invoice payment via paypal or credit card. We believe that using our payment software will improve client experience, will allow for successful project completion, and enable us to exceed customer’s expectations.
