During this phase all selected components come together with floor plans, wall elevations and a 3-dimensional image to assist the client in visualizing the actual space. Revisions are prepared if necessary. Full-color artist renderings and product samples are presented.
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll order the materials. Before we begin construction, we’ll assign a Project Manager to your renovation project and perform a job-site-walk-through. While you are working on the design and material selections, our experienced team will work behind the scenes securing project approvals and permits.
